Love Dance Point is one of Istanbul’s oldest gay night
clubs. It is located in the highly LGBTQ-friendly
Harbiye district,
on the main avenue that leads to Taksim Square, which is
about 15-20 minutes away by foot. Saturdays are the
busiest nights, and you can expect to see some shows.
You need to pay an admission fee on Fridays and
Saturdays, which will cost you around $10-15, depending
on the volatile exchange rate. However, you also get a
local drink with your ticket, which is common in similar
clubs. The
entrance of the venue is not easy to spot if you are
visiting for the first time. You have to go down some
steps from the main avenue, into a narrow alley between
two huge buildings. Do not go before checking their social
media pages on weekdays (Sun-Thrs), as the club might be
closed.

I was there last night, the place was very cramped, and the waiters and bodyguards were constantly going in and out, pushing and shoving their way through without asking permission. There were very few young people inside, mostly older people. It's not a place for socializing, it's just a one-way street (Google / Feb 2026) |

Best club in Istanbul, friendly staff , arrived at 1:30 am it was full house you barely can move, entrance was higher than other clubs by 150 Lira and entrance ticket allow you to grap beer only but it worth it, you will find hottest guys in istanbul, the only thing I didn't like is that they allow smoking inside. I went on Saturday, and unfortunately while you have paid the entrance fee of 11€ and they give you a drink ticket, when the waiter comes to order he tells you that you can only get beer with the ticket and nothing else! And when you tell him that you don't drink beer, at least a glass of wine or that I should buy something else and pay the difference he tells you that it's not possible! Simply UNACCEPTABLE. I would not choose it again for any reason, and finally the music that plays although it is loud is nice, Turkish beatakia no reason! only Western music from other past decades. (Google / Dec 2025) |

Wow, such rude and unkind doormen! Last night, I was wearing nice shorts that are totally appropriate for any occasion, and you won’t believe what happened! The doormen manager stopped me and said, “Are you a foreigner? You can’t enter the club without pants; shorts are not allowed.” I couldn’t believe it! I’ve been to this place so many times before. When I tried to explain myself, he got really aggressive and actually pushed me out! I’m so disappointed, especially since this is supposed to be an LGBT venue. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place! (Google / Oct 2025) |

While the venue is small and difficult to walk and dance in, I chose it for its atmosphere and music. Security is also good, and the crowds are cleaner and more organized than other clubs. I never leave without having a good time. It is famous for the handsomeness of its employees. I recommend choosing this place over other queer venues with fake drinks and rude staff. It's a safe place for me. (Google / Sept 2025) |
